About Sharon T. Nuttall
Owner/ Agent

Sharon Nuttall has been a licensed Life/Health agent since 1999.
After earning a magna cum laude B.A. in biology from UNC-Charlotte in 1990, she went on to earn a Master's degree in health promotion in 1992, also from UNCC.

After several years as a health educator with the Center for Nutrition & Preventive Medicine, a medically-oriented weight management practice in Charlotte, she transitioned into the insurance arena.

With her first love still in the health field, she combined the two by specializing in health insurance, specifically in the area of individual health insurance.

Sharon's health background has benefitted her clients. Because she often knows the issues surrounding specific health conditions, she can better predict insurance underwriting outcomes among the various carriers.

Her clients also have the peace of mind of knowing they are working with someone with both a business and a professional health/science background if there is a need to disclose or discuss personal health issues related to insurability.

Sharon is the mother of two grown children and lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband and best friend, Bill.
